Refreshing Avocado Smoothie Recipe – By AvoCafe 🥑🥤


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Optional Toppings:

  • Chia seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sliced fruit (banana or kiwi)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Scoop the avocado into a blender.
    • Add the banana, milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend the Smoothie:
    • Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
    • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  3. Serve the Smoothie:
