🌿 Ingredients:
• ½ Dragon Fruit (scooped)
• 1 Kiwi (peeled & sliced)
• ½ Avocado (ripe)
• ½ cup Coconut Water or Almond Milk
• ¼ cup Greek Yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan)
• 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (for fiber)
• ½ teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for sweetness)
• Ice Cubes (as needed)
 
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
 
1) Blend Everything – Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
