🌿 Ingredients:
• ½ Dragon Fruit (cubed or scooped into balls)
• ½ Ripe Avocado (diced)
• 1 Kiwi (sliced)
• ½ cup Mango (cubed)
• ¼ cup Pomegranate Seeds
•¼ cup Blueberries
•1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds (for crunch)
 
🍯 Honey-Lime Dressing:
• 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
• ½ teaspoon Chia Seeds (optional, for texture)
• A pinch of Pink Salt
 
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
 
1) Prep the Fruits – Slice and dice all the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
2) Make the Dressing – Whisk honey, lime juice, and pink salt until smooth. Add chia seeds if using.
3) Assemble the Salad – In a bowl, gently toss the fruits with the dressing.
4) Add Crunch – Top with pumpkin seeds and serve fresh!
